Upon purchasing a template from Braxel Media, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the design on one (1) active Shopify store owned by you. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or modifying the template for secondary commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments and Intellectual Property
All payments are securely processed through our authorized gateways. All designs, source code, media files, animations, and copy within our templates are the exclusive property of Braxel Media and are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and irrevocable nature of our products (downloadable Shopify theme assets), all sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are provided once the purchase is complete. If you encounter any technical issues with the template, you can contact our support channel.
5. Support and Customization
We offer basic technical support related solely to the default installation of the purchased templates. For advanced code customisation, third-party app configurations, or bespoke changes, you can request a custom quote via our Instagram profile (@braxel_media).
6. Limitation of Liability
Braxel Media shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our templates, including but not limited to loss of revenue, operational downtime in your Shopify store, compatibility issues with external apps, or platform penalties.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any updates will take effect immediately upon their publication on this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
